Pre-Program Assembly

We invite you to participate in the Pre-Program Assembly, a meeting organized for the first time ever!


The meeting will take place from July 31st to August 2nd, 2024 in Gdynia, but thanks to our rich program you will be able to see much more.

  • To get to Pre-Program Assembly it is best to choose the option of arriving at the Lech Walesa Airport in Gdansk, there will be a bus waiting for you to take you to the hotel
  • The second option to get to the program is to fly to Warsaw Chopin Airport and then change to a train that will arrive at Gdynia Główna station, from where you will also be picked up
  • In Poland, the prevailing currency is zlotys (PLN), while in many places you can also pay in Euros, we recommend having cash, although there is no problem with cashless payments in all places
  • Temperatures in Poland in late July and early August sniff around 24-28 degrees

Participants will be accommodated in a four-star Marriott hotel, located in the very center of Gdynia. From the window you can see a beautiful panorama of the sea and on a clear day you can also spot the Hel Peninsula. The hotel has a restaurant serving delicious regional dishes, a bar with beverages, a fitness center, an observation deck, parking, a 24-hour store and a business center with computer access. The hotel’s rooms are air-conditioned, each with a large LCD TV, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing board and iron, safe.
